Thames Hospice is a local charity for people living in East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire. They provide expert medical, nursing and therapeutic care to adults who have life-limiting illnesses, as well as supporting their families and carers.
I have worked with Thames Hospice since 2012, and following a rebrand in 2020 have continued to be involved in corporate and campaign work for this fantastic charity.
